This violent bytch once crossed my path and I was not having it. I went straight to Toronto Police.  Slashing car tires, threatening bloggers etc. She called my home in Toronto because she did not like the term "soon to be ex" on my blog. She went all the way to GoDaddy, taking my music blog down for 14 days by filing a false copyright claim. 

This is a woman who once SHOT her own ex-boyfriend and served time for it.

Usher made a rare appearance in Atlanta on Monday. The Grammy award-winning singer wasn't on stage. He was in a Fulton County courtroom.

Usher Raymond IV and his ex-wife Tameka Foster-Taymond are battling over custody of their two kids. Tameka wants full custody. Usher wants increased visitation.

On the stand, Usher testified about his ex going through nanny after nanny and said he worries about who is caring for his kids.

Usher also testified Tameka has a violent history. On the stand he said she sent a threatening email to a friend of his [Grace Miguel] and later attacked her.

The couple married in 2007. Their marriage lasted less than two years.

Hip-hop artist Usher Raymond is locked in a legal battle with his ex-wife arising from a custody fight over their two sons.

The 33-year-old testified in court on Tuesday that Tameka Foster Raymond spit at and tried to fight his girlfriend during one visit. He alleged that his ex-wife hit him during the dispute, but that he didn't press charges because "I didn't want the boys to know that their father put their mother in jail."

Tameka Raymond's attorney claims that Usher provoked her client and that his account is exaggerated.

The two were married in 2007 and divorced two years later. Tameka Raymond has since fought for full custody of their two sons while Usher Raymond wants more visitation rights.

TAMEKA IS A COMPLETE NUISANCE. You remember what she did in 2009 to my blog and how I fought her ass even going to the Toronto Police. Calling bloggers and threatening people all day. I have a police report on her ass and those 10 days my blog was shut down because of a picture of herself she actually STOLE. This is a woman so violent, she once SHOT her own boyfriend in a rage. BREAKING NEWS: RUSSELL BRAND FILES DIVORCE FROM KATY PERRY.

Reuters reports that U.K. actor/comedian Russell Brand filed for divorce on Friday from his singer wife Katy Perry after just over a year of marriage. This news came just a few weeks after Brand vigorously denied rumours the couple was splitting up.

Brand, 36, star of the movie Get Him to the Greek and Forgetting Sarah Marshal, andCalifornia Gurls singer Perry, 27, met in 2008 and married on October 23, 2010, becoming one of the most high-profile couples in the entertainment industry.

But their marriage has been in trouble for several weeks, according to celebrity media. They spent the Christmas holidays apart, with Brand being photographed in England and Perry spotted in Hawaii — both without their wedding rings.

Brand filed divorce papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday citing irreconcilable differences.

“Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage. I’ll always adore her and I know we’ll remain friends,” Brand said in a statement on Friday.

Lets look at it this way, still beats Kim Kardashian 74 days and even Sinead O'Connor 16 days. They were married for 14 months in an elaborate Indian wedding complete with elephants and all. KJ says she needs to go back running into Travie McCoy's arms. You know Travie's KJ's pal.

PUT A RING ON IT? BEYONCE' S PARENTS FILE FOR DIVORCE! ISSUE STATEMENT TO THE ASSOCIATED PRESS.

Mathew and Tina Knowles, the successful parents behind Grammy-winning singer Beyonce Knowles and award-nominated artist Solange Knowles, say their divorce is very much real but 'amicable'.

"The decision to end our marriage is an amicable one. We remain friends, parents, and business partners,"

the Knowles said in a statement issued through the Associated Press late Friday.

News broke of the couple's divorce filing early Friday, December 18 after a reported 29 years of marriage.

According to documents posted online, Beyonce's mother, Tina Knowles, began divorce proceedings November 11 in Harris County, Texas.

While the divorce has caught the attention of most blogs and entertainment sources worldwide, with some emphasis plus alleged infidelity in the marriage, the Knowles say their divorce will not end up being "messy".

"If anyone is expecting an ugly messy fight, they will be sadly disappointed. We ask for your respect of our privacy as we handle this matter."

As previously reported, the divorce comes just over a month after Mathew Knowles was named in a paternity suit. Los Angeles based actress Alexsandra Wright claimed Knowles was the father of her unborn child in the lawsuit.

While the couple is making their way through divorce court, it appears that they will continue to play integral roles in the careers of their daughters Beyonce and Solange. As noted over the years, Mathew Knowles has long managed the careers of both of his daughters after leaving IBM to launch Destiny's Child.

Tina Knowles, business savvy as well, has long styled her daughter and cohorts Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams in Destiny's Child. She also plays an integral role in the apparel line House of Dereon.

You know it's really sad to see this but I wish them both good luck. I was a Judge in a talent show with Matthew at a 92Q Jams Baltimore gig back in the 90's. Bey and Solange were like 16 and 14 and nobody even knew them. I also met him again at the 2004 Ladies first concert in ATL. He's a GOOD guy who looks out for his daughters. We can't say that about so many fathers out there today? Tina is a lovely lady! PERIOD! I wanna meet her one day.

Tameka is an extremely positive person who would never succumb to something so absurd. USHER'S DIVORCE IS FINAL. WHAT A SHAME!!

It appears Usher may have officially ended his marriage to Tameka Foster Raymond. We just found out the status of the divorce changed in the official record to "Disposed." A court official tells TMZ when a divorce case is "Disposed" it typically means the divorce is final.The couple married in August, 2007. They have two small kids together.

A source connected with the couple tells TMZ Usher signed the divorce papers in August, but the change in the court file occurred today.

Rocker Fred Durst has filed for divorce from his wife of 3 months. The Limp Bizkit star has cited "irreconcilable differences" in court documents filed in Los Angeles earlier this week . MADONNA GIVEN STRICT CHRISTMAS RULES WITH KIDS!

Madonna must obey a strict set of rules if she wants to spend Christmas with her children. The singer's estranged husband Guy Ritchie - who has decided to allow Madonna to stay at his UK mansion after previously refusing to let her sleep in the same house - has reportedly warned her not to bully the staff, throw tantrums or mention their impending divorce.

The 'RocknRolla' director has also told strict vegetarian Madonna she must not criticise children Lourdes, 12, Rocco, eight, and David Banda, three, for eating a traditional Christmas lunch of turkey and ham. A source said: "This Christmas is very special for Guy." Madonna landed in the UK on the 23rd to spend the festive period with her children. However, soon after arriving at her former marital home in London, Guy and the three children they raise together left so the singer could have a lengthy meeting with her lawyer Fiona Shackleton to discuss custody arrangements.

A source said: "It doesn't look like Madonna is that keen on having a family Christmas. The first thing she did when she arrived was have a meeting with her divorce lawyer. "That won't make things any easier when she is trying to keep things civil over the dinner table at Christmas. "It remains to be seen how much time Madonna and Guy will spend together as they've started off by doing their best to avoid each other."

Madonna settles divorce for up to $92 million!!

Madonna has paid her ex-husband British director Guy Ritchie up to 60 million pounds ($92 million) to settle their divorce after eight years of marriage, her spokeswoman said on Monday.

Liz Rosenberg said the singer, 50, had given Ritchie, 40, between 50 and 60 million pounds ($76 million and $92 million) as part of their divorce, which was granted by a British court on November 21.

She said that sum includes the couple's English country estate, Ashcombe, which is valued at about 20 million pounds ($30 million).

The couple's combined wealth has been estimated at about $525 million, but Madonna accounts for most of it.

Rosenberg said custody arrangements for the couple's children have not been finalized.

O GOD! MADONNA AND EX ARE FIGHTING OVER WHO'S GONNA HAVE THE KIDS FOR XMAS!

Madonna and Guy Ritchie are locked in a bitter battle over who will have their children for Christmas. The British director is determined the former couple's sons - Rocco, eight, and adopted David, three - will enjoy a traditional British festive holiday with him, but Madonna is adamant they should spend the holidays with her and her 12-year-old daughter Lourdes - from her previous relationship with fitness trainer Carlos Leon - in New York.

A source close to the couple - who had the first stage of their divorce granted at a London high court in November - is quoted by Britain's Daily Mail newspaper as saying: "Under the terms of the divorce, it is actually up to Guy and Madonna to sort out the access. "It's not set in stone who has the boys on which days. The agreement is that Guy gets them four or five days a month in London, but that he can see them in New York, making the time anything up to two weeks a month. "They are at a total stalemate.

Madonna and Guy simply do not liaise at all on anything anymore - it all goes through their personal assistants." The couple are also reportedly stuck because Madonna cannot legally take the children to live permanently in the US unless Guy or an English court gives permission. It has been suggested Guy, 40, may insist Madonna, 50, buys him an apartment in New York as part of a deal to allow the three children to live in the city. Under the terms of the divorce - which was settled out of court - the pair are believed to have divided their property equally, with Guy taking none of his ex-wife's estimated $600 million fortune.

In the custody battle, 'Miles Away' singer Madonna is being represented by Fiona Shackleton, who has previously represented Sir Paul McCartney and Prince Charles in divorce cases. Guy has hired top lawyer Helen Ward alongside Stephen Cobb QC, an expert in the international relocation of children. Another source said: "Both sets of lawyers have still got their heads down. It is very complicated." Although it is unlikely the case will go to court, if Madonna does win the right to take Rocco and David to the US, there is the prospect of legal hearings in New York.

MADONNA SAYS SHE IS "SAD" ABOUT HER PERSONAL LIFE!

Madonna says she is "sad" about her personal life. The 50-year-old singer has spoken for the first time about her divorce from Guy Ritchie - with who she raises three children - and admits the relationship breakdown is taking its toll on her. However, the pop superstar says she is pleased to have a busy career to focus on.

She said: "I'm sad about my personal life, but I feel very blessed and very lucky that I have the opportunity to do what I do in my professional life." Madonna - whose decree nisi, the first part of the divorce, from Guy was granted last week - also said her 'Sticky and Sweet' world tour is "providing a distraction" which is keeping her going. She added: "It would be horrible if I was just thinking about getting a divorce and had nothing to do."

It has also been reported Madonna has been turning to ex-husband Sean Penn to help her cope with the split. The former couple - who were seen drinking together at New York's Greenwich Hotel recently following one of Madonna's concerts - have reignited their friendship recently, but there is no chance of any romance rekindling between them. A source said: "They have a nice rapport. There's nothing romantic there. They're just good friends."
