50 CENT NOW DROPPED FROM THE MLB GIG!

Update: 50 has been DROPPED from the MLB All Star thing. Domestic violence is sickening!

50 Cent has been known to go to war with words against rival rappers, but allegedly he aimed some vicious words towards his 16-year-old son. A series of alleged text messages between the Queens rapper and his first born, Marquise, have been leaked publicly and reveals 50 disowning the teenager.

Radaronline.com reportedly obtained a phone registered to G Unit Touring, a company owned by 50 Cent, born Curtis Jackson. The exchange took place in January, according to time stamp of the texts. For over an hour, Fif blasts his son with a variety of insults, as Marquise attempts to take the high road during the exchange.

From what can be assessed, The G Unit boss was angry at his son after driving an unknown distance to visit him in Atlanta and feeling ignored by the teen.

An excerpt of the text transcript:

50 Cent: I came to the front door then lights went off. What's up?

Marquise: U lying u outside?

Marquise: Lol u fronting.

50 Cent: I saw you looking out the window good luck in life. Your gonna need it.

Marquise: Lol u fronting hard body now, how u going to see me when I'm in the basement lmao

50 Cent: F*ck you

Several texts fly between the pair, and it seems that Marquise is delighting in his father's meltdown. 50 then texts, “You are your mothers son. I don't have a son anymore.”

The timing of this news is questionable, considering 50 is facing domestic violence and vandalism charges after an argument last month with a woman who reportedly is the mother of his child. 50 Cent, who recently celebrated his 38th birthday, is due to appear in court in July 22.

Check the following pages to see the texts.

50 CENT SIGNS UP AS BONE MARROW DONOR TO HELP SICK BROADWAY STAR.

Rap superstar 50 CENT is encouraging fans to follow in his footsteps and register as bone marrow donors after he was moved by the plight of young Broadway star and leukaemia sufferer SHANNON TAVAREZ. The 11-year-old actress, who played the young Nala in hit musical The L ion King, was diagnosed with Acute Leukaemia in April (10) and is in desperate need of a bone marrow transplant to survive.

Alicia Keys and Rihanna have already issued a plea to their devotees to help find a suitable donor for Tavarez and now 50 Cent and his G-Unit bandmate Tony Yayo have thrown their support behind the cause. The rappers recently registered with DKMS, the world's largest marrow donor centre, after hearing about little Tavarez. And the In Da Club hitmaker admits he was inspired to make a change aft er realising how close in age Tavarez is to his own son, Marquise.

50 Cent says, "My son is just a couple years older than Shannon and I can't imagine if his life was needlessly cut short when there is someone out there that could save him. "Shannon's chances of finding a matching donor are slim because she's African American and Dominican and minorities are underrepresented in the national registry. "Everyone, regardless of their race or ethnicity deserves a fair chance at life. Registering to become a bone marrow donor starts with a cheek swab but it's more than that. It's a commitment to save a life."

50 CENT INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH LADY GAGA.

50 CENT is adding his name to a long list of stars who want to work with LADY GAGA - the rapper is in awe of the singer's originality. A wide variety of artists have already expressed an interest in teaming up with the Poker Face hitmaker for a collaboration, including Ne-Yo, Lindsay Lohan, Susan Boyle and Snoop Dogg. And 50 Cent is happy to join the waiting list, because he's convinced Gaga is the only musician in the spotlight who is creating her own trends.

He tells Rap-up.com, "Yeah, I would like to work with her. It'd be cool .. I think she's fresh. I haven't seen that before. What she's doing now i s new, with all the crazy dress codes and all that stuff. "A lot of things in music/entertainment are recycled. It's gonna sound like a diss, but it's no disrespect that you would see Lil Wayne wear a l ittle black vest and that hat. I saw Cyndi Lauper wearing that; it was (just) on a different artist. And even the glasses that Jay-Z had on, that is Frank Sinatra. These are all iconic pieces coming back."

50 CENT SHOWS HIS NEW WEIGHT GAIN

Rapper-turned-actor 50 Cent has allayed fears for his health by showing off a new fuller figure at a gig in Colorado on Wednesday night, just a week after he shocked fans with photos of his drastic weight loss.

The In Da Club hitmaker made headlines when he posted pictures on his online blog showing his skeletal frame while shooting new movie Things Fall Apart, in which he plays a footballer diagnosed with cancer.

The rapper lost 54 pounds (24 kilograms) by surviving on a liquid diet, but 50 Cent proved he's been busy piling the weight back on by showing off a healthier look at a show in Denver on Wednesday.

He told the crowd, "I've been eating, I'll be back in shape in no time."

IS 50 TRYING TO GET RICHER OR DIE TRYING TO PLAY A CANCER PATIENT IN A FOCKN MOVIE?

Damn, what is this? What the hell is this? 50pounds lost by 50 Cent and only 50% of his flesh remains. I hear he gained it back and this is not how he currently looks. I will never lose no damn weight for a movie except of course if I am trying to get rich but why die trying?

50 CENT SETTLES LAWSUIT WITH TACO BELL.

taco-bell.gifhttp://www.pinknews.co.uk/images/50cent.jpg
Rapper 50 Cent has settled his legal battle with fast food chain Taco Bell after accusing the company of using his name in an advertising campaign without his permission. The In Da Club hitmaker, real name Curtis Jackson, filed suit against company bosses in July, 2008, alleging the promo was "diluting the value of his good name" by using it in conjunction with their 79-89-99 Cent Why Pay More campaign. He claimed the ad campaign suggested he was endorsing the franchise.

Taco Bell executives even offered to make a $10,000 donation to a charity of 50 Cent's choice if he agreed to change his name for one day. In an open letter published a month before 50 Cent took Taco Bell to court, bosses stipulated he must visit one of the chain's restaurants and rap his order at the drive-thru window - using a new moniker: 79 Cent, 89 Cent or 99 Cent. But 50 Cent was not amused by the marketing ploy and took legal action against Taco Bell, seeking $1 million in damages.

However, the dispute has now been settled out of court, according to Bloomberg. Results of the financial deal remain confidential, but the rapper's lawyer, Peter Raymond, declared on Monday (23Nov09) that "both parties are satisfied" with the outcome.

Entertainment artist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, 50 Cent, debuts his first fragrance, Power by fifty cent this month. Strong, masculine and powerful, the scent is composed of a tonic freshness built with green citrus fruity notes juxtaposed against a musky, woody background. In honor of the launch, 50 Cent will be making appearances at five select Macy's, starting in New York City’s Macy’s Herald Square. Here is what Kristin Larson of PEOPLE magazine has to say.......

"Looking buffer than ever, 50 Cent is gearing up to launch his newest men’s fragrance, Power by Fifty Cent — and he’s giving PEOPLE readers an exclusive sneak peek at the ultra-sexy new campaign. “For me, power isn’t just something you learn on the street or in the boardroom — it’s a way of life,” says the rags-to-riches multiplatinum star. So just what does Power smell like? The masculine fragrance mixes notes like lemon leaves, black pepper, coriander and nutmeg—which all adds up, according to 50, to a whiff of success. “I really wanted to bottle up the rush it gives you so my fans can make it a part of their lifestyle,” he explains in a release."
Power by Fifty Cent launches exclusively at Macy’s Nov. 5, with prices ranging from $50.50 (for a 1.7 oz. eau de toilette) to $68.50 (for a two-piece gift set of eau de toilette and after shave)

Thanks to Maggie Kinnealy of 50's PR firm for putting my bottle in the FEDEX mail. Can't wait to splash it on the boys. You know my sons are 23, 18 and 9. My baby KJ already wears Chanel for men. LOL! So now the teacher will smell something new.....

50 Cent Rushed To Hospital After Listening To Fat Joe!

Yesterday afternoon while in his Manhattan offices, employees say that 50 Cent was listening to Fat Joe’s new album, “J.O.S.E. 2″ when all the sudden, he collapsed! An ambulance was called, and by the time they arrived, 50 Cent regained consciousness and was complaining of blurred vision and a severe migraine. 50 Cent was rushed to Mt. Sinai hospital at 4:26 pm. Doctors say after performing a Cat Scan and EKG there seems to be some damage to his auditory cortex, which is the region of the brain that is responsible for processing sound.

50 WILL HAVE TO WAIT A LITTLE LONGER FOR HIS NEW ALBUM!

Rap superstar 50 CENT has been forced to delay the release of his upcoming album BEFORE I SELF DESTRUCT - because superproducer DR. DRE is too busy with EMINEM's record to finish the IN DA CLUB star's tracks. Eminem has been locked away in the studio with Dre for months, perfecting songs for the Stan hitmaker's long-awaited Relapse disc. The CD is now in its final stages and is due to hit stores later this year (09) - five years after Eminem's last release, Encore.

And until the project is wrapped, 50 Cent has been made to wait to get some studio time in with Dre. But the rapper insists he's not annoyed - because he understands how important Eminem's work with his mentor, Dre, is. He says, "

Right now I'm on the train and the Em choo choo car goes first. See what happens is I think that people forget that I'm actually Eminem's artist because I've had so much success on my own and I moved away from it. "But if you can look back, the very first interview I did...we were on the set of In Da Club, it was myself, Eminem and Dr. Dre... I said my goal was to fit in with Eminem and Dr. Dre. ...So because Dre is mixing Em's album, Em will be (have to be) completely, entirely (finished) before we get a chance to finish up the pieces me and Dr did together."
50 Cent isn't the only artist having to postpone recording on his album as Dre works with Eminem - the Aftermath Records boss himself has also put his forthcoming project on ice.

So, who cares? Poor Dre lost a kid, tosses his own album aside and what more does Fiddy want?

50 CENT: 'I'M A SUCCESS JUNKIE'

50 CENT is addicted to making his mark as a music mogul - insisting he is a success "junkie".
The In Da Club hitmaker has proved his entrepreneurial merits by launching his own clothing range, starring in video games, and even setting up his own vitamin drink line. And the star's hard work is paying off - he topped a chart of the biggest earning musical performers by Forbes magazine, bringing in an estimated $151 million from June 2007 to June 2008.

But the star admits he takes his work-obsessed ways too far - insisting he would go to a 'success rehab' if there was such a place. He tells MTV.com, "I've had a lot of success, and I plan on having a lot more. "I feel like I'm a work in progress, and if I'm honest with you, I'm a junkie. I'm addicted to success. There's no rehab for success, or I'd go check in right now."

50 IS THE TOP MONEY MAKER IN MUSIC!

50 CENT has beaten off competition from international superstars MADONNA and BEYONCE KNOWLES to top a chart of this year's biggest earning musical performers. The rapper and entrepreneur brought in an estimated $151 million from June 2007 to June 2008, according to U.S. magazine Forbes.

British rockers The Police came second on the money list; their reunion tour helped net the band $115.8 million. 50's rap rival Jay-Z came third, bagging $82.6 million , while his pop star wife Knowles was just behind with $80.5 million. And The Beatles proved they are still a big draw almost 40 years since splitting up - the Fab Four made $51.6 million, placing them fifth on the earnings list.

So why all that row with the baby mama all year long. Child support, eviction and charred house etc. Yawn Fiddy!

Hip-hop mogul 50 Cent worries about his money in hurting economy.

The 33-year-old hip-hop mogul says he's not shy about lending his name to TV shows, movies, video games, clothes, sneakers, bottled water, body spray and condoms - in addition to selling his music, of course - because the last thing he wants is to be the next MC Hammer or Mike Tyson.

"Ten years ago that was actually taboo, for you to be associated with a major company or corporation - from a hip-hop perspective, you was a sell out," he said in an interview.

"But those artists from that time period are (television) specials, they're completely broke right now."

So he's willing to dress up in designer suits and play the part of a businessman when shaking hands with corporate heads, although he insists he'll always be a rapper from the streets at heart.

"I'm like the fire hydrant. I'll be right beside the street regardless of how they feel about it," he said.

50 is for real! Fire Hydrant.....OMG, he and a Nigerian rapper had it out on a private jet back home and he handled it so cool. That other rapper's career hit the rocks after messing with Fiddy but later apologized on stage. Never burn your bridges with Fiddy! Seems like money buys everything with him.

50 CENT CALLS DONALD TRUMP "SENILE" FOR COMPARING HIS NEW REALITY SHOW TO "THE APPRENTICE!"

SENILE? 50 CENT has laughed off real estate pal DONALD TRUMP's assertion the rapper's new MTV reality show is based on his programme THE APPRENTICE - insisting the ageing tycoon has gone "senile" if he thinks they're similar. The In Da Club hitmaker, real name Curtis Jackson, recently launched The Money and the Power to find the next big business boss. The show sees a group of contestants fight it out for the grand prize of $100,000 cash and assistance from the superstar to achieve their dreams.

But 50 Cent is adamant his programme is vastly different from Trump's The Apprentice, after the tycoon claimed the "copy" will fail "because it's not Trump". The rap mogul tells MTV,
"Donald Trump talking about my show and how it's a knockoff of The Apprentice? He's crazy! "That's what happens when you get older - you start to view things differently. First, let me point out (my show) got the highest ratings. "I said, 'What's the matter with Donald?' He's got a little age on him. He must be getting senile."
And the hip-hop entrepreneur also took the opportunity to hand out his own career advice to the property tycoon, adding: "In this economy, he may want to go sing 'In Da Club' instead of selling real estate!"
