Caride only just won the crown months ago. What happened? According to Univision, Desiree Lowry, the director of Miss Universe Puerto Rico, announced the decision during a press conference on Thursday, March 17.
"I saw the damage that she was doing and the damage that she was doing to the organization," Lowry said.
According to reports, the official, who was with Caride for an interview with a local paper, was displeased when the 24-year-old beauty queen said, “I just do not like cameras.”
