Lekki Gardens is an estate in Lagos, Nigeria in the upscale Lekki Phase 1 area. On Wednesday a building under construction collapsed with four dead bodies pulled from the rubble. By day's end it was 24 dead construction workers. Now the Lagos state Governor has halted any construction as Lekki Gardens estate releases a statement. My condolences go out to the family of the dead.
