The BET awards start on the red carpet at 5pm Pacific time which is about 1am in Nigeria. The show and performances start at 8pm Pacific time which is 4am Nigerian time. I will be covering the entire highlights with reporters and interns on every side of the building.
Meanwhile congrats to Wizkid on his second nomination and Yemi Alade on her first. She is the favourite to win. Both are from Nigeria but at the end of the day congrats to all the nominees from Africa.
