My take on this three part interview is that the prosecution needs a very strong strategy to prosecute this case. Fani-Kayode has basically spilled the beans and concrete information the public has now heard and he has basically proven himself innocent in the court of public opinion.
There are very shocking points the government should be concerned about here. The issue of campaign financing reform is never addressed in Nigeria. The ruling party is investigating the opposition's campaign funds and yet have not disclosed theirs.
FFK also spoke about the religious and ethnic divide behind his arrest and his writings. He even said that if he is arrested or killed, OTHERS WILL RISE. It reminds me of Ken Saro Wiwa when he was about to be executed saying that he will be more dangerous DEAD than alive and we are now seeing that now in the whole Niger Delta area and Ogoniland.
