Orange Is the New Black star Uzo Aduba has weighed in on the nasty feud between her friend Taylor Swift and Kim Kardashian over the leaked phone call between Swift andKanye West about the lyrics to the rapper’s song “Famous.”
Aduba, a member of Swift’s social circle who joined the pop star twice on stage during her 1989 Tour, believes that Swift will soon overcome her highly publicized beef with the West family.
“She will,” Aduba told Vanity Fair at the Cinema Society screening of her new Netflix movie Tallulah. “She’s a beautiful person and strong.”
Aduba isn’t the only squad member to defend Swift. Other friends like Selena Gomez, Ruby Rose and Martha Hunt have also stood up for the pop star through social media.
Earlier this month, Kardashian leaked the video following an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which featured the reality TV star saying she'd "had it" with people attacking her husband regarding the ongoing tensions between West and Swift.
