Cineplex Entertainment launching fall concert series in movie theatres.

Radiohead, Beck and the White Stripes are coming to the big screen in Canada Cineplex Entertainment is featuring those artists and others as part of a concert series that runs from Oct. 1 to Nov. 19 in its participating Canadian movie theatres.

A total of 21 artists can be seen on film, in high definition and digital surround sound, over five nights during the series. Others include Great Lake Swimmers, Joel Plaskett Emergency, Alex Cuba and Royal Wood.

Tickets for individual shows can be bought in advance on the Cineplex website as well as at participating theatre box offices beginning Friday. General admission is $10.95 plus tax.

Concert ticket packages must be bought in person at a participating theatre. The price for all five concerts is $39.95 plus tax. The cost for three concerts is $24.95 plus tax.

Cineplex is a movie theatre group here in Canada and also my oldest son's employer. It's like watching a concert at the movies. COOL!
