The Hip Hop Awards season has got underway. The Online Hip Hop Awards 2008 presented by SOHH.com are accepting nominations for this year’s ceremony.You can now nominate HipHossip in the Come Up Award Catergory.
If you unaware but here’s a short recap on what I have achieved.
Its been less than one year and the blog has become the #1 and only Hip Hop online blog in CANADA!
I have interviewed Flo-Rida, Akon, Kardinal Offishall, Rihanna, Sean Kingston, Ludacris, Juelz Santana, C-Murder, Dwele, Shawty Lo, SWV, not to mention Canadian artists Belly, Kamakaze, Point Blank, S. Davis, Kardinal Offishall, Empire Isis, JD Era and featured so many on the blog like Kim Davis The Kid Famous, Fresh I.E, Malicious, Ray Robinson and more!
I’ve covered several events including the Much Music Video Awards, Juno Awards, Rock The Bells tour, Jay-Z's Heart of the City tour, Virgin Mobile Festival, Manifesto, Urban Music Festival, Toronto Independent Music award and Canada's DJ Stylus awards and have been invited to many high profile events, album releases and other award shows. I will be covering VH1's Hip-Hop Honors in NYC and BET's Hip-Hop awards in ATL both in October 2008.
This has been done all under 12 months and I started with NO contacts in Canada. I moved to Canada Summer 2007 from Nigeria, West Africa. I have extensively networked with the music personalities, music reporters, publicists, record labels and promoters all around Canada especially Toronto. Many readers like yourself have helped the site attract thousands of visitors daily and reaches all across the world now as seen on my live feed.
