MuchMusic announced today that I should tell you wristband-holders for this weekend’s MMVAs are encouraged to line up no earlier than 6 a.m. ET on Sunday, June 21. Wristband-holders are not permitted to camp overnight at MuchMusic HQ.“Because we’re putting on the biggest and best MMVAs ever and because our fans are crazy-loyal, the level of excitement for the MMVAs is totally unprecedented this year,” said Brad Schwartz , Senior Vice-President, General Manager, Much MTV Group, CTV Inc. “The safety of our fans is our number one priority, so we’re asking wristband-holders not to come down to Queen Street until Sunday morning.”
Canada is preparing for the biggest party of the year, with the MMVAs stage now under construction and the corner of Queen and John fast becoming the epicentre of celebrity culture this weekend. MMVAs wristband-holders can look forward to locking their place in line starting Sunday morning at 6 a.m. ET.
