KJ THE KID REPORTER'S CAUSE: TODAY IS "END THE R-WORD DAY"

Today, I want you to spread the word to end the word. First you must take the pledge here then write it in my Facebook group too.
"I pledge and support the elimination of the derogatory use of the r-word from everyday speech and promote the acceptance and inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities."

Let us END IT! "RETARD" The new "R" word is "RESPECT."

Copy and paste it into my Facebook wall and join my fanpage too. I will be doing an interview with 680 news this morning and interviewing Dr Timothy Shriver who is the Chairman of the Special Olympics at 10.30am.

BEYONCE IS DA BOMB IN GQ SPAIN.

Self explanatory...........Girl I know you are reading this! DO NOT leave Canada without speaking to me!!

KELLY ROWLAND DROPPED FROM HER RECORD LABEL?

Former DESTINY'S CHILD star KELLY ROWLAND has reportedly been dropped by her record label, just two months after firing her manager, former bandmate BEYONCE KNOWLES' dad.

Despite the fact her first two solo albums sold more than four million copies, British tabloid News of The World reports the Dilemma singer has been dumped by bosses at Columbia, because they fear she is "no longer commercially viable." Read the rest...

I thought she was doing great in those European markets. It's not the voice anymore. It's the looks that sell.

SHOCKER: T.I IS NOT IN FEDERAL JAIL JUST YET!!

Just got word from the folks at GrandHustle that T.I's court date last Friday for sentencing was all well and good and he met with the kids from his "Road to Redemption " MTV show. T.I has some prior commitments and also as long as he's good and abides with the law, it's all good. He can report to jail no later than May 19th 2009.

Enjoy this beautiful Spring TIP!

RIHANNA WANTS CHRIS BROWN TO APOLOGIZE TO HER ON OPRAH !

Me and Rihanna in June 2008.

Photo: INF Daily

Just days from being arraigned on “making criminal threats” and assault charges, R&B singer Chris Brown is said to be considering a visit to Oprah’s famous couch! Reportedly requested by Rihanna, Brown’s apology comes on the heels of Oprah’s rumored invite issued to Rihanna to come on the show and talk about her relationship with Brown and the alleged altercation Feb. 8. Instead of visiting Oprah herself, Rihanna is rumored to have asked Brown to not only pay a visit to Oprah but apologize to her on the mogul’s couch before the world.

Sources affiliated with Look Magazine say “Rihanna has been talking to Oprah Winfrey on a regular basis since late February when Oprah begged her not to take Chris back. She’s been having second thoughts about them being back together.”"Agreeing to go on Oprah’s show and tell the world how sorry he is will help make up her mind,” the insider went on to tell Look Magazine.

Also read the jerk stars using Rihanna to get press for themselves!

Apology on even Larry king or standing next to Obama in a press conference won't solve this problem Rihanna! He will DO IT AGAIN!!!

QUOTE OF THE DAY.......NICKELBACK AT THE JUNOS....

http://cache.idolator.com/assets/resources/2007/10/nickelback.jpg
"The press is gonna have a field day on this one!"......Nickelback band member after receiving the album of the year trophy, their 4th at the 2009 Juno awards.

LOOK WHO ALREADY GOT THEIR JUNOS LAST NIGHT.

The bulk of the hardware has already been handed out yesterday, but Sunday's Juno Awards still look wide open. As you can see Divine Brown holding her Juno for Best R&B recording. Congrats. I met her last Summer at Much Music. So nice and humble as I went to Corner her in her dressing room.

Montreal indie rockers the Stills were the only two-time winners at a private dinner ceremony held Saturday, the day before the main show, which will be televised on CTV (check local listings).

Alanis Morissette took pop album of the year for "Flavors of Entanglement," Montreal's Sam Roberts took rock album of the year for "Love at the End of the World" and Coldplay took international album of the year for "Viva La Vida."

The British rock group left a video message in which frontman Chris Martin joked the band was stranded at the border because someone in the band had raw produce in his bag.

"We've been told we won something, which is fantastic, unfortunately we're stuck in immigration and we can't get in to your country," Martin said. "It looks like we're disrespecting, that's not the case at all."

In the evening's biggest upset, Toronto rapper Kardinal Offishall took single of the year for his slick dance-floor anthem "Dangerous," which toppled such big-name competitors as Celine Dion, Michael Buble and Nickelback. Read the rest....

BREAKING NEWS: T.I IS SENTENCED TO ONE YEAR, ONE DAY AND $100,300 FINE!!

T.I and his extended family
The young T.ITiny and her parents with kids and friends (Yes, she's mixed!)

The boys. OMG! Domani looks just like him! King is not in this picture.

Easter services 2008. Nothing like your mom's hand blessing you.

It's over and we already knew this. Good luck to T.I.

Rap star T.I. sentenced to one year and one day in prison and ordered to pay a $100,300 fine on weapons charges.

He also was sentenced to some property forfeiture, supervised release for three years after his prison sentence, 365 days of home confinement (he has already served 305) and 1,500 hours of community service (1,030 served).

He also must undergo DNA testing, drug counseling, cannot own firearms and must submit to reasonable searches and a financial audit.

Many wishes to his entire family!!!! I just got a call from his camp at the courthouse. I hope we all learned a great lesson from this. TIP was always in trouble and jail in Cobb County. Not any more! He has left that life and now will be heading to jail and next year he will be bigger than ever.

We wish him GOOD LUCK. Keep the family in your prayers......

QUITTING CLUES? KJ GIVES YOU A TOUR OF HIS OWN BLOG!!!

When your kid employee is giving tours of their own blog, I may be doomed here at HipHossip! Hope KJ is not quitting on me!

KJ THE KID REPORTER INTERVIEWED BY TORONTO STATION CITYTV ON HIS TWITTERING.

Watch this video on why people micro blog or twitter. Your boy KJ is also doing the same having people "follow him" on HipHossip and The kidreporter.com. Now that he has friends on Facebook, he needs Followers. KJ opened a Twitter account at the beginning of his March Spring Break and twittered his way thru Springbreak. Well I received the e-mail below for the Kid Reporter.

Hi there, I'm a reporter for CityNews. Would love to interview KJ for a story. Can we set something up? Kris Reyes Reporter, CityNews Host, CityOnline www.citynews.ca

So, by the time Kris twittered her invite to KJ, he had picked up 20 followers. Kris is the host of CityOnline, a live noon hour show on Toronto's City TV. By the end of the day, The Mayor of Toronto was following him.

The Mayor twittering about KJ's March Break activities. "Young Torontonian."

Kris Reyes twittering about KJ above and below.

Is this amazing or what? Above is Kris' page and her request to interview KJ as well as KJ's twitter on the doomed Fox News panelists bashing our Canadian troops in Afghanistan. Are you following KJ? His twitter story is a feature story that may air next week. Stay tuned. I will have a video soon. BTW, did I tell you that the tables turned in the beginning and KJ interviewed Kris FIRST after grabbing her mic!! I shall have that footage too. LOL!

Above is his spring break Twitter report last week. CBC TV, the public broadcaster called too when I sent this video to them. Wanna Follow KJ on Twitter?
