OH NO! C-MURDER TAKEN TO JAIL FOR ALLEGEDLY VIOLATING TERMS OF HIS HOUSE ARREST?

Corey "C-Murder" Miller was taken into custody on Monday (March 9) afternoon after reportedly violating the terms of his house arrest.

According to reports of the incident, Miller was taken to jail after he was found to be out of range of his house arrest tracking device.

Deputy Chief Chuck Whitmer of the Gretna Police Department says the monitor indicated Miller was out of range for about 10 minutes early Monday morning, says The Advertiser.

Miller's attorney, however, says that the rapper was at home sleeping when he received the call advising him he was out of range.

He was later arrested after police found him and booked into the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center. He will appear before a judge on Wednesday (March 11).

Just last week, a judge ruled in Miller's favor against claims that he had previously violated his house arrest.

The judge declared the times Miller allegedly strayed were "odd."

"I've never heard of this in any other case, and I don't know what to make of it," Judge Hans Liljeberg said. "I'm not 100 percent convinced" that the monitoring device worked properly.

There is some conspiracy somewhere especially when these Judges are speaking. This is ridiculous. I interviewed him last year and due to the YouTube disability, you can view it at my Daily motion account below.
