Chris Brown is due in court on Thursday (March 5). The 19-year-old singer was arrested in Los Angeles last month (Feb. 8) after an alleged altercation with girlfriend Rihanna, which reportedly left her with two "huge contusions" on both sides of her forehead, a bloody lip and bloody nose. And L.A. officials have now wrapped up their three-week investigation and concluded they do have a case.
"The District Attorney does have the case," LAPD media spokesman Richard French said.
However, the case is yet to be passed to prosecutors. "It's not true. There's been no meeting, no new information," DA spokeswoman Jane Robison told the New York Daily News.
