Pop trio THE JONAS BROTHERS stunned moviegoers on Saturday (28Feb09) - by making a surprise appearance at the suburban New York theatre which they frequented as kids. The group stopped by the Palisades Center, one of several cinema visits they're making around the country, to promote their new film Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience. But the West Nyack appearance was a special homecoming for Kevin, 21, Joe, 19, and 16-year-old Nick, who were raised in nearby Wyckoff, New Jersey and came to the theatre to watch their favourite blockbusters while they were growing up.The group's movie made its debut at the weekend (27Feb-01Mar09), taking second place on the U.S. box office charts with earnings of $12.7 million.
