#HNNEnvironment #HNNEducation: Monster Snow storm leaves KIDS STRANDED in #Atlanta schools #Atlsnow


Students in several counties were stuck in schools and on buses during the Tuesday night hours. As of 5:30 a.m., Atlanta police were rescuing 91 students from three Fulton County Schools buses. At E. Rivers Elementary roughly 100 children slept in the school gym on mats.

This weather was so monstrous, I heard cars were piled up on highways abandoned everywhere. One poster on Facebook wrote a comment that got so many likes. 


Althea Portlock Take some responsibility. Don't wait on the government to make choices for you and your loved ones. If the storm is coming and you live in an area that is not ordinarily prepared, keep yourself and your family safe. Call out from work, keep the kids home. Don't wait for someone else to make decisions for you and your family.
