For those of you who have been piling e-mails in my inbox, Matt Babel is still alive and well. He has moved on to another section of the CTV establishment...... Some of you noticed him on the new breakfast show on CP24 and wondered how he could still host Much On Demand at 5pm LIVE. Well, he's NOT any longer and we miss him! I e-mailed media relations at CTV and here is the real deal FIRST on HipHossip. Jaime Werby at MUCHMUSIC PR sent me this e-mail...Matte Babel has moved on to host the CP24 Breakfast show and is no longer a VJ at MuchMusic. Our other VJs (Leah, Sarah, Devon and Tim) all alternate hosting MuchOnDemand, which was also the case before when we also had Matte as part of our VJ team.

Thank you Jaime! We miss Matt but everyone has to move on sometimes in their lives. Leah, Sarah, Devon and Tim all do a great job! I love that music channel damn it! Above is that picture of Matt and I at the Rock da Bells concert with heavy rain all afternoon in July 2008.
