#HNNeducation: American state of #Kansas wants Spanking laws in Schools. Read why?

A Kansas bill would allow spanking that leaves marks, redness.  Representative Gail Finney says it's meant to restore parental rights and improve discipline. Finney’s legislation would allow up to 10 strikes of the hand that could leave redness and bruising. It would also allow parents to give permission to others to spank their children. The bill makes it clear thought hitting a child with a fist, with a belt or in the head or body is still banned. We already do this in Africa and there is less gun violence and more bad things Western kids do but not always all the time.
