It is no news to hear that Trump sealed the amount of delegates to win the nomination for President. It was a fun filled night as many speakers came on the podium to basically trash Hillary. From an NRA lobbyist to an Arkansas attorney general and even Trump's children, it was everything anti-Democrat.Trump himself spoke briefly via satellite from his Trump Plaza hotel in New York to thank the crowd.
"It is something I'll never ever forget," Trump said on a video feed from New York. "Together we have achieved historic results with the largest vote total in the history of the Republican Party. This is a movement, but we have to go all the way."
The first day's theme was "Make America Safe Again" while Tuesday's theme was "Make America Work Again". Security and employment were the first main focus while tonight Trump is expected to speak to delegates as well as on Thursday. Now to face Hillary. The Democratic National Convention begins on Monday in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
