#HNNCrime Man pokes holes in condom to save relationship. Court upholds SEXUAL ASSAULT sentence!

A court has upheld the sexual assault sentence a Canadian man received for poking holes in his girlfriend's condoms in an effort to save their relationship. People are shocked it's assault. Yet it is or actual rape.
