#HNNShowbiz: The #Oscars Complete LIST and our suffering #Lupita syndrome today in #Africa.

Lupita Nyong'o

Kenya's Lupita Nyong'o wins best supporting actress for 12 Years a Slave. We are all Happy in Africa but our other nominees especially British Nigerian Chiwetel Ejiofor went home empty handed! "Kenya is one of the great places in Africa and indeed all around the world." said Piers Morgan who interviewed her immediately after on CNN.

That country has a lot to celebrate especially after the 2013 dreaded Westgate attack. When I look at the Kenyan ups and down when I was visiting in the 90's and the US embassy blew up in the hands of Al-Qaeda and then the Obama Presidential win, Westgate and now Lupita, that country will bounce back good! Jesse karangu, A Kenyan American and the youngest Sports Talk show Host Journalist in the US in the early 2000 since 15-year-old spoke it best in a tweet.

Congrats to the L! #HNNCiara and I at #HNNAfrica wish her more Oscars in the future. Her movie 12 Years as a Slave also took BEST picture. Girlfriend even came as Cinderella. U know the shoe FITS right there or should I say the Oscar fits right on her book case!
