BEYONCE KNOWLES has finally confirmed she's a married woman - seven months after she and rap mogul JAY-Z exchanged vows in a top secret New York ceremony. Appearing on Oprah on Thursday (13Nov08), the sexy star admitted it was difficult not to talk about her nuptials - because it was such an exciting day. She said,"It's difficult because I had to really learn how to have boundaries... and balance. It's something that I never have really talked about... It was difficult and it still is because I'm so excited about it, but it's important that I keep things that are pure and real in perspective, and I keep it separate from my performance life. "It (wedding) was very private... Outside it was paparazzi madness and inside it was really beautiful."And she loves being someone's wife. MUST BE NICE!!! She added, "It feels great... The most important thing is to make sure you have your own life before you're someone else's wife." She is pleased she waited until she was 26 to marry rap mogul JAY-Z - because she had time to "get to know" herself before she became a wife. The Crazy In Love hitmaker wed the hip-hop star in a secret ceremony earlier this year (Apr08) - but it wasn't a rash decision on the singer's part She tells U.S. magazine Seventeen, "I was 18 when we first met, 19 when we first started dating. There was no rush.
"I really don't believe that you will love the same thing when you're 20 as you do at 30." The singer wanted to get to fully understand her own mind before committing herself to marriage. Knowles adds, "Before the age of 25, I would never get married. I feel like you have to get to know yourself, know what you want, spend some time by yourself, and be proud of who you are before you can share that with someone else."
Gosh! That sure is news to me that I have to use my "Breaking News" bar! Remember the flowers flown in from some Asian country left at the curb on April 4th? Rihanna was the only one who wasn't invited. She had no knowledge? Mmmm.....Wonder why? LOL!
