R.I.P JARVIS ST. REMY.....

An 18-year-old boy has died following a shooting in the west end overnight.

Toronto police found Jarvis St. Remy lying on Dundas Street just west of Scarlett Road after responding to calls about gunshots at 10:45 p.m. on Friday.

Police say they believe the teen was shot once while waiting for a bus at a bus stop opposite 4049 Dundas Street W.

The victim was rushed to hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Police are looking for two suspects, who are believed to have fled on foot. No suspect descriptions have been released.

A post mortem is scheduled for Sunday morning.

The murder is Toronto's 16th homicide of the year.
