CONGRATULATIONS TO BEYONCE WHO GAVE BIRTH TO A BABY GIRL-BLUE IVY CARTER

BREAKING NEWS 7.15pm Jan 7th 2012 Toronto: Beyonce has given birth to a baby GIRL at Lennox Hill Hospital in NYC Jan 7th 2012 around the dinner hour. Her name is said to be Blue Ivy but everyone seems to be calling her "Ivy Blue." One of the GRANDPARENTS tells me it's the other way around with the Blue first. So far me and E! are the only ones reporting it as Blue Ivy. Both Mom and baby are doing fine--MsKemi

In an effort to keep images from leaking to the public, hospital workers placed tape over security cameras and forced employees to turn in cell phones when they arrived for their shifts we heard. Now since when did anyone began to rent hospital floors? Shame on Lennox Hill who needed the $ and publicity badly, I hear Jay had to rent the whole fourth floor for $1.3 million. That should have been FREE courtesy of the hospital.

Russell Simmons tweeted some congrats so did Rihanna. Baby's name is still trending as "Ivy Blue Carter." More to come. Sandra Rose is still reporting the Surrogate Ingrid Jackson gave birth to the baby. lol.. UPDATE: As WE first reported, the baby's name is BLUE!! Gwyneth Paltrow has cleared up confusion over Beyonce's new baby girl's name, confirming the tot is named Blue Ivy Carter.
