Time now is 4.15pm in Toronto and 3.15pm in Austin, Texas where the X-Factor auditions are supposed to begin in this hot weather. I decided to check what the HOLY Judges were tweeting on this, their exciting first day only to see everyone blaming each other for being LATE! OMG! First Simon says he's been waiting on Britney for 2 hours and then Britney tweets she's arrived and they are WAITING on Simon. The fans are confused and so am I.

Meanwhile the X-Factor twitter guy retweets them all. Shouldn't Simon know by now that Britney's always late to "things" and "events?"

Meanwhile the lovely Demi Lovato, who hails from Austin seems to be excited that her hometown is the starting point and people wishing her good luck after her very difficult time battling emotional and physical issues. BRITNEY SPEARS CHARITY EVENT NETS A SUCCESSFUL $200,000.

BRITNEY SPEARS has thanked her celebrity pals for helping her raise over $200,000 for Hurricane Katrina relief efforts at her California charity event on Wednesday (11May11). The Toxic hitmaker hosted An Evening of Southern Style at a private residence in Beverly Hills to benefit the St. Bernard Project, an organisation which helps those made homeless by the devastating storm which ripped through her home state of Louisiana in 2005. During the evening, Spears served her own "homemade sweet tea", while her father Jamie catered a traditional southern menu for celebrity guests including Hilary Duff, Selena Gomez, Kelly Osbourne, Kellan Lutz and Kim Kardashian.

The pop superstar has now thanked the stars for showing their support and revealed the evening was a big success. In a post on Twitter.com, she writes, "Thank you everyone who came out to support my charity event last night with St Bernard Project. With your help we raised over 200k! - Britney." Spears then named and thanked her celebrity guests for their attendance.

JUDGE NOW SAYS SAM LUFTI CAN SUE BRITNEY'S MOM.

BRITNEY SPEARS' mother has lost her bid to have a defamation lawsuit filed against her by the pop star's former manager SAM LUTFI thrown out of court. Lutfi filed suit against the Toxic hitmaker and her parents Jamie and Lynne Spears in February 2009, objecting to controversial comments made in Lynn's 2009 memoir Through The Storm. He alleged claims Lynne made in her book, in which she branded him a "fake" and a "predator", subjected him to public ridicule and he sued for defamation, libel, battery, breach of contract, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Lynne fought to have the case dismissed citing the U.S. Constitution's freedom of speech, arguing that Lutfi's reputation could not be tarnished any further after he was accused of aiding the singer's downfall, which led to her public breakdown in 2008. Her argument was rejected by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge in August 2009, and her lawyers appealed the decision in May (10). But Lynne has lost her appeal - on Tuesday (23Nov10), officials at the Second District Court of Appeal in Los Angeles ruled Lutfi can proceed with his litigation.

Britney Spears is parting with Jason Trawick as her agent, but keeping him as a beau. The two "have decided to end their professional relationship and focus on their personal relationship," a Spears rep tells PEOPLE.

"Since wrapping her recent world tour, Spears has been busy in the studio working on her next album." The singer and Trawick began dating last summer and have dodged engagement rumors for months. "They are very happy," a source said of the couple. "Things are really good with them."

K-FED SWAPS BACHELOR PAD FOR CHILD-FRIENDLY HOME .

BRITNEY SPEARS' ex KEVIN FEDERLINE is moving into a new child-friendly California home, so he can better care for the couple's sons. The former dancer and wannabe rapper was handed full custody of three-year-old Sean Preston and two-year-old Jayden James after Spears suffered a breakdown in January last year (08).

The singer is allowed access to the tots, but while they live with him, Federline wants them to have the best environment possible - so he's selling up his $7,500 -a-month rented pad in Tarzana, and replacing it with a more family-oriented home in nearby Chatsworth. A source tells OK! magazine, "He can rent a very kid-friendly ranch house there for half of what he's paying now."

BRITNEY SPEARS is determined to stick to her New Year resolution - she wants to quit chewing her fingernails in 2009. The Womanizer superstar hates biting her nails, and longs for manicured and attractive hands. But the singer insists there is a valid reason her dirty habit - she can't stop worrying. She says, "Next year, I have to learn to stop biting my nails! I would like to stop worrying so much, because I worry all the time.

And to learn how to be happier, just in general. I have to learn to take things not so seriously." But Spears doesn't hold out much hope of sticking to her 2009 promise because she's never kept a resolution yet. She adds, "I end up breaking them. It's hard."

BRITNEY SPEARS has wished friends, family and her loyal fans a Merry Christmas with a holiday card - which pictures the star grinning with her two sons. The cheerful photo shows three-year-old Sean Preston and his little brother, two-year-old Jayden James, wearing sweater vests and glasses as they sit on their mum's lap in front of a Christmas tree.

The card, posted on the singer's Web site, reads, "Happy Holidays! Love, Britney, Jayden James and Sean Preston (and Papa's glasses)." Spears shares the two boys with ex-husband, Kevin Federline.

I feel so good sticking thru thick and thin for Britney during the so called "meltdown." Can't wait to meet her in March 2009 on her two day Toronto tour. Below is the card her people sent me back in the days with Fed-Ex in 2004.

WHY DID BRITNEY SPLIT WITH HER CHOREOGRAPHERS?

Britney Spears has reportedly parted ways with her long-term choreographers. The 'Womanizer' singer - who is rumoured to be flying to India to meet with legendary choreographer Sandip Soparrkar - has decided against continuing her relationship with Wade Robson and Andre Fuentes, who she has worked with since 1999 and 1998 respectively. A source told Life and Style Weekly magazine: "Wade and Andre were only hired to choreograph the promotional tour for Britney's new album 'Circus' which ended in Japan last week."

The 27-year-old singer is planning to meet Sandip during a trip to Jodhpur, and is said to be keen to get a fresh perspective on the moves for her upcoming world tour. Sandip said: "I'll be meeting her for work only, when she visits Jodhpur. We'll just be doing a bit of rehearsals, since I am planning to do the rumba, which is the dance of love. Britney is really looking forward to coming to India." Meanwhile, it has been revealed Britney - who has been the subject of a conservatorship overseen by her father Jamie Spears and attorney Adam Wallet following her breakdown earlier this year - has paid $1.5 million to those who have helped her get back on track.

Jamie has been receiving $10,000 a month for helping his daughter. Due to the effect Britney's hectic schedule is having on him, Jamie was given a pay rise taking his monthly income to $16,125 on Monday (22.12.08). The judge also approved $1,200 a month to help Jamie rent an office, and he will receive $37,556 from a previous business. The singer's older brother Bryan is to receive $200,000 for helping her before the conservatorship was set up. Britney's lawyer Sam Ingham said: "My client has made an informed consent to all of these fee amounts."

BRITNEY SPEARS wowed French fans on TV on Friday (28Nov08) when she performed her new hit WOMANIZER on talent show STAR ACADEMY. A night after making her first major comeback performance since the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards - at the 2008 Bambi Awards in Germany - Spears was in Paris for her TV turn.

Wearing a flashy red corset dress, she sent fans wild with a lip-synced performance. Spears will complete her whistle-stop tour on Saturday night (29Nov08) when she performs on British TV talent show The X Factor.
