Spartanburg County deputies hope you can identify this man and woman. They say they've been swapping out price tags in an attempt to pay less at local Target stores.

KJ LAUNCHES HIS FIRST RAP SONG "MY MOM'S A SNITCH"

A bunch of 8-year-old girls were watching this earlier and had the hots for ma baby. He wrote it all. I just put the video together for him. JStaffz produced the track. It's a first. KJ wrote this song based on my work with families of crime victims hosting FREE news conferences for them.
