Amedy Coulibaly, the suspect who is thought to have shot dead a policewoman yesterday and took up to six people hostage at a kosher grocery this afternoon in east Paris has reportedly also been killed. His girlfriend unaccounted for and may not have been there with him. Police will catch up with her later.
