Nigerians do it a lot. They wash clothes and save the suds for other family members or tenants. I don't care how concentrated the detergent is, it can transmit germs and diseases. People have Ebola and other diseases these days that are easily caught. Use fresh detergent each time and throw away your suds. We have water shortages in Nigeria but it does not excuse this little known fact of life.
