Canadian Teen sentenced for threatening Eminem on ex-wife's stolen phone!

Kyle Spratt, a 19 year-old Canadian, was sentenced to a year of probation and a $230 fine after he stole a cell phone from Eminem's ex-wife Kim Mathers. The 19 year-old stole the cell phone back in 2007 while Kim Mathers was at a bingo hall, where he worked, in Ontario. He eventually returned the phone but kept all the phone numbers in the phone and ended up calling Eminem directly. Kyle Spratt is an aspiring rapper and begged Eminem to listen to his demo. Authorities were brought into the matter when Kim started to worry that Spratt would post pictures of her children taken from the phone, on the internet. The 19 year-old did use portions of recorded conversations he had with Eminem for a song he recorded called "Slim Sellout." A condition of his sentence says Spratt is barred from having any contact with Eminem or his ex-wife Kim.
