Country star Randy Travis has left jail in borrowed clothes following his naked arrest. The Honky Tonk Moon hitmaker was held by cops after he crashed his car in a construction area in North Texas on Tuesday.

He was allegedly found naked at the scene and lying on a stretch of roadway, and was given a shirt to wear for his mug shot.

An acquaintance posted the star's $21,500 bail on Wednesday, allowing a bare-footed Travis to leave Grayson County jail in Sherman, Texas in a light blue prison uniform made of paper and an orange baseball cap.

The singer was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and felony retaliation after he allegedly threatened to shoot dead the officers working the case.

But somewhere down the line if it goes pear-shaped and we have to play Oasis, I definitely won't be playing Noel's songs, I'll be playing my own."

HAPPY MEAL-O-RAMA: WENDY'S PULLS KIDS MEAL CD FOR RACY LYRICS!

The fast food-chain Wendy's has pulled a disco CD included in kids' meals because of racy lyrics in one of the songs.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that one of the songs on the Disco Fever CD was Donna Summer's "Last Dance." The song has two sets of lyrics. One version includes the words "so bad." But some heard the alternative lyrics "so horny" on the CD, which had been marked as safe for 3 years old and up.

The Atlanta-based chain announced on its website Saturday that it would continue to put three other CDs in the kids' meals. Those CDs include the songs "ABC" by Jackson 5 and "Celebration" by Kool & the Gang. The website said Wendy's is "no longer offering" the Disco Fever CD but doesn't mention the reason.

Lady Gaga snubbed a dinner in her honor after she was named as the world's most influential artist by America's Time magazine - to attend a party thrown by her former collaborator Lady Starlight. The Poker Face superstar came first in a poll to find the Top 100 most influential people of 2010, beating out competition from TV titan Oprah Winfrey.

On Tuesday (04May10), the publication threw a lavish dinner for the singer and the other 99 stars on the list, but Gaga skipped the event in New York to catch up with Lady Starlight - her pal from her days on the Big Apple's underground club scene.

A source tells New York Post gossip column PageSix, "She walked in with no entourage at all, wearing sunglasses, a leather jacket, and just a bra on underneath. No one even realized who she was at first. She didn't really talk to anyone, and then left at 2am by herself."

WTF NEWS? JAY-Z TO CHANGE NAME TO SHAWN KNOWLES-CARTER?!

The power couple Jay-Z and Beyonce married privately in April of last year. The two agreed to change Jigga's legal last name to Shawn Knowles-Carter from his birth name of Shawn Carter, while Beyonce's name will remain as Beyonce Knowles-Carter. By changing Jay-Z's last name to Knowles, the family hopes to maintain the family legacy since there are no boys in the family besides Beyonce's younger sister Solange who has a son but he's named after his father, Daniel Julez Smith Jr.

According to reports, they want to keep Knowles because Beyonce's parents didn't have any sons and they're keen to keep the name going strong, especially if they don't produce any children themselves. Although Beyonce's mother and father, Tina and Matthew Knowles, are divorcing after a marriage of 29 years, they plan to continue together in their business aspects.

AMY WINEHOUSE RE-ENGAGED TO EX HUSBAND DRUGGIE BLAKE!

AMY WINEHOUSE's ex-husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL has confirmed they are engaged to be married for a second time. The couple divorced in July (09) following a turbulent two-year marriage, which saw the pair sink into drug abuse and Fielder-Civil jailed on charges relating to a 2007 attack on a pub landlord. The union ended with the singer admitting adultery in court papers. Rumours of a reunion have been rampant since they were spotted enjoying an intimate night out in September (09).

Winehouse has since been seen wearing her engagement ring and was snapped visiting her ex-husband's apartment in Sheffield, England earlier this month (Dec09), where he is undergoing treatment for drug addiction. Fielder-Civil has now confirmed reports they are engaged and planning to re-marry - and even considering starting a family. He tells Britain's The Sun newspaper,

"We're back together, and we're engaged. Amy and I have talked about getting married again and starting a family - we both definitely want kids. "This time we are doing things properly and hopefully that will help both our families come round to the idea. We've both been through a lot but we love each other the same as ever. We've tried to get on with our lives and to see other people, but it wasn't the same. There's no one like Amy. She will always be the love of my life."

And Fielder-Civil is adamant they will make their second marriage work now they have both kicked their drug habits. He adds, "We're free of drugs now and we're more responsible now. I'm 100 per cent clean and I'm not going to let anyone down. Amy said, 'You inspire me.' She's proud of me for staying off drugs and she's determined to do the same."

UNHEARD OF: TUPAC SONG SELECTED FOR VATICAN PLAYLIST!

Music from late rapper Tupac Shakur has been included as part of the Vatican's official MySpace Music playlist.

The seat of the Catholic Church released a list of 12 songs onto the social networking Web site's streaming music service this week when the site launched in the United Kingdom.

Among selections from Mozart, Muse and Dame Shirley Bassey is the slain rapper's song "Changes," which was released two years after his shooting death on a greatest hits album in 1998.

"The genres are very different from each other, but all these artists share the aim to reach the heart of good minded people," the Vatican wrote on its official MySpace Music page.

As of Thursday night, "Changes" had been played more than 4.6 million times on the Web site.

The list was compiled by Father Giulio Neroni, artistic director of church publisher St Paul's Multimedia. He was also responsible for compiling the Vatican's recent Alma Mater album, which combined Gregorian chants and prayers with classical music and the voice of Pope Benedict XVI speaking in five languages.

Shakur, who spent time in prison for sexual assault, was gunned down in a drive-by shooting in Nevada in 1996.

ROD STEWART's wild child son SEAN STEWART once beat himself up for drugs. The reforming hellraiser admits he was so hooked on painkillers he went to extremes to get a ready supply of pills. Now attempting to clean up his act on U.S. reality show Celebrity Rehab, Stewart has revealed just how desperate his habit became before he sought help.

He says, "This is really embarrassing; I beat myself up to go to the hospital so I could get Vicodin. "I just started punching myself and hitting my face against the wall."

Meanwhile the case against Rod Stewart's son over a brawl at a Hollywood nightclub has been resolved The AP is reporting that Seal Bral, an attorney for the man who sued Sean Stewart in 2007, says the parties reached a settlement after undergoing private mediation. A Los Angeles court dismissed the case on Tuesday.

Daniel Refoua sued Stewart over a fight at a nightclub in 2006 he says left him with a broken nose and other injuries. The case had been scheduled to go to trial in January, although Stewart's attorneys had been seeking a dismissal. An attorney for Stewart did not return a phone message Thursday.

Stewart appeared in the A&E show "Sons of Hollywood" and is also one of the patients featured on this season's "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" on VH1.

MICHAEL JACKSON KEEN TO STAY OUT OF COURT FOR BUSINESS TRIAL.

MICHAEL JACKSON's attorneys are desperately trying to keep the King of Pop out of a London court in a new dispute over an alleged business deal gone bad. Sheikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa of Bahrain claims he's owed a $7 million (GBP4.6 million) advance on an album and autobiography deal that Jackson never produced.

And, as the case got underway in London on Monday (17Nov08), the pop star's legal team is fighting to keep their client from having to face another court saga, four years after his child molestation trial in California. Lawyers for the singer, who insist the money was given to Jackson was a gift, are seeking permission for their client to testify by a videolink from the United States.

Al Khalifa's attorney Bankim Thanki told the court that his client had hoped to help Jackson rebuild his career, and spent millions moving the pop superstar, his children and entourage to Bahrain. Thanki explained, "The cost even included the expenses of bringing out Mr. Jackson's hairdresser." LOL! He revealed Jackson stayed in Bahrain as a guest of his client for almost a year after the end of his child molestation trial. The new trial continues.
