ARREST UPDATE: FIRST IN CANADA--BREAKING HORRIBLE NEWS: ACTRESS/SINGER JENNIFER HUDSON'S MOM AND BROTHER JASON SHOT TO DEATH IN THEIR CHICAGO HOME!

The entertainment website TMZ said Hudson's brother Jason was also found dead, citing a neighbour. Hudson won an Academy Award for her role in "Dream Girls" and is currently number 12 in the UK singles chart with her track Spotlight.

A cousin who lived nearby discovered the bodies, TMZ added. Police could not confirm the reports that Hudson's mother, Darnell Donnerson, and brother had been killed. But officers said they believe one of two people found dead at a home on Chicago's South Side is a relative of the singer and actress.

Police spokeswoman Monique Bond said the deaths appear to be the result of domestic abuse but refused to elaborate. Other media reports said a seven-year-old boy, also a family member, was taken from the scene and that police had issued an alert for him. The Cook County medical examiner's office confirmed the bodies of a man and a woman have been found.

Police tape was blocking access to the large, white house, where a crowd has been gathering. A Hudson publicist at her record label said she was not aware of any incident involving the singer's mother, but did not immediately return subsequent messages.

People.com is still reporting "bodies" in her home. I have just heard from their Pastor and YES, it was J-Hud's mother and brother. Police are looking for two suspects, a man and a boy. Our deepest thoughts and prayers go to Jennifer, her fiance David Otunga and the entire extended family! This is a horrible piece of news! R.I.P. This young lady achieved the highest success in her career with an Oscar, SAG, Golden Globe and an impending wedding! What a TRAGEDY!!!

The boy I reported missing is Jen's nephew. He is said to be with a William Balfour who is married to Jennifer's sister Julia. An Amber alert has been issued for the kid who may have witnessed it all. Police will only tell us that it was a domestic dispute.

Julian King is the child they are looking for. He is only 7 years old. Could Balfour be the KILLER? More to come! He lived in the same house.

UPDATE!!!! 10/24/08--12:08am EDT, Toronto

The photo below is that of the Late Jason, Jennifer's brother.It looks like this family dispute could be all over a car! While it is reported that someone tried to steal a car from the property, this picture on Julia's MySpace page paints something else. Looks like her husband sold her car for money and she posted this picture on her MySpace page. These things provides lots of clues.

UPDATE!!!!! 10/24/08--12:21am EDT, Toronto

William Balfour the MAIN suspect in the murder is now under ARREST BUT police still can't find the child-- Julian King. We are assuming that since they don't have the same last name, this punk may be the stepfather! Balfour is not giving police any information but at this time we hope the child is safe! WTF! This is getting herrendous! Im so glad Jennifer was not there at the time as she may have even been a possible victim, God forbid! Pray for the child please!

Jennifer's sister Julia, mother of the missing 7-year-old works as a school bus driver in Chicago. Her employer says she worked her shift today but she hasn't been seen since. We certainly hope she's OK too! Stay tune to HipHossip for updates......
