#HNNMusic Why Dr Sid (@IamDrSid) prefers being a #Rapper/Singer than a #DENTIST and WHY I want him to do my NEXT cleaningSid and I in 2006 at the ThisDay Music Fest?

Sidney Onoriode Esiri aka Dr Sid used to be Sid from the Trybe when I met him in 2006.  I did not even know that he was also a dentist until he started being called Dr Sid.

Remember he was the one that told me in my LLAM red carpet interview that there was nothing wrong with autotune. In 2006 he told me that he wanted to be part of a big Nigerian label. Now he is in MAVIN. This young man has visions! Recently he told a Nigerian newspaper the following: 

"I’ve always had a passion for music and entertainment in general and I knew it was going to be part of my future somehow. I think it hit me when I had to choose a path. Both careers where suffering and I had to make a choice to give one a chance, and since I had my degree, I chose music. If that didn’t work out, I could go back to being a dentist. My parents at first where confused about my choice to do music, but after they had seen how much it means to me they were fully supportive."

His father is the late Justice Esiri of the popular soap opera "The Village Headmaster"  in the 70's. My dream is to get a dentist in Lagos preferably in Surulere donate his office for 2 hours and have Sid clean my teeth for my next dental exam. lol. Cool Guy!
