Montreal Music Promoter Matthew Dutch Garner, 29, DEAD! He ran his own production company called Escape Montreal and was known for bringing some of the world’s top hip hop acts to the city. Killed in suspicious Montreal blaze LAST NITE! What is this world coming to? Didn't he just did that L'il Wayne show and the Nicki Minaj one in August 2011? He'll do anything for me. Always invited me to all MTL gigs even though the same gigs were on their way here thru the Toronto Promoters. R.I.P
