William Balfour accused murderer in Hudson trial

Jennifer Hudson walks out of the court room Yesterday and Futuristic Blogger talks with the father of seven-year-old Julian King. (Murder Victim) He's in the court room everyday following the murder trial of his son.

This has to have taken a toll on J-Hud when you watch David Otunga's interview on Wendy Williams show. I remember covering this for Radio Nigeria International when the little boy's body was found. I can't believe the media out there ignoring this man. That was an innocent family AND KID! I hope Balfour faces the wrath of the Justice system. Hear my report in 2008.

At the start of the proceedings Jennifer told a Chicago court that she'd known defendant William Balfour her sister's estranged husband from school days but never liked him. "None of us, myself, my mother, or my brother, we did not like how he treated her, and I didn't like how he treated my nephew," she said, her voice breaking with emotion."I would tell (Julia) over and over again not to marry William".

With fiancé David Otunga, who was taking notes, the actress gave evidence for 30 minutes, stopping occasionally to compose herself.

Prosecutors have accused the defendant of shooting Jennifer's mother, 57-year-old Darnell Donerson and brother Jason, 29, at her childhood home. The defense is trying to link this entire murder to Jason and Gregory's drug and gang past. What's that have to do with an innocent child?
