CAMILLA was “utterly devastated” Wednesday night after her playboy brother died in a freak fall.

Mark Shand, 62, tumbled and cracked his head while smoking a cigarette outside a New York cocktail bar Thursday.

The Duchess of Cornwall, 66, and Prince Charles were left heartbroken. Wills and Kate sent their condolences. Too too sad!
