| Late Horatio Olunloyo |
My grandfather Horatio S. Olunloyo was a local Govt Chairman and intelligent fellow. He built the iconic white house in Molete, Ibadan we still live in today since 1948. At 42, he completed this house, wrote a will and never signed it as his lawyer Obafemi Awolowo went out of town. The will was supposed to be signed Monday, he died Saturday Dec 29th 1948!
Rest in peace to the great one. My father was 13 when my grandpa died. My grandpa was a graduate of Ibadan Grammar school and played 5 music instruments. He also played the piano on his first day in school at the assembly when the organist never showed up.
