A Kenyan man, David Wanjohi has chained himself to a tree at the emergency unit of Kenya's biggest referral hospital, Kenyatta National Hospital. He has also began an indefinite hunger strike to protest against what he calls a lack of medical equipment to cater for thousands of cancer patients in the country.
