GT bank has now joined the ranks of fuel scarcity victims, they tweeted it Sunday night. I also heard Etisalat and Airtel and some TV stations are all running out of diesel. Many of these businesses use diesel as their fuel choice to power their computers, ATM's, those nice cold air conditioned offices we patronize and more.
