The Crew is currently looking for 1-2 new writers to contribute to the site & keep the material fresh as usual.
Sorry, but we aren't looking for…
– Long-winded writers.
– Lazy individuals.
– Those who have trouble with deadlines, quick turnarounds and/or simply don't have the time necessary.
Who we are looking for…
– Knowledge of our content, presentation & style.
– Able to contribute on a daily basis, but no less than two times per week.
– Familiarity with using RSS feeds, Google Alerts and other resources.
– Driven & self-motivated.
– Knowledge of music, its history, the culture surrounding it. Centered around but not limited to Hip-Hop.
– Has a good understanding of both the new & old when it comes to music.
– Journalistic standards: Fact checking, editing, citing sources, etc.
