The former American Idol winner took home the Performance of the Year trophy for her rendition of Temporary Home in a CMT special, as well as the biggest prize of the night, Video of the Year, for Cowboy Casanova.
The event in Nashville, Tennessee was kicked off by host Kid Rock who told the crowd, "The party has just begun!" before performing a medley of his hits with several surprise guests, including Hank Williams, Jr.,
