MRS SHANTE DOGG CLEARED OF DUI!

SNOOP DOGG's wife has been cleared of driving under the influence of marijuana, because police failed to provide enough evidence against her. Shante Broadus was pulled over in the early hours of 14 June (08) while driving in Fullerton, California. She was detained and booked on DUI charges. But the Orange County District Attorney has rejected the case, claiming there is insufficient evidence to prove her driving was impaired. Broadus married the rapper, real name Calvin Broadus, in 1997.

So now the Judge dropped it like it's hot, she needs to stop drinking while driving again!! A drunk driver killed my 17 year old brother. He would have been 26 now. Check out my archives of drunk and busted celebs at Impaired Stars.

Last month a judge sentenced Sierra to a yearlong stint at a California rehabilitation clinic and three years' probation. In July, she entered a California rehab facility that was to be documented on the VH1 reality show "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew," hosted by Dr. Drew Pinsky.

    In my opinion if a person is been arrested for driving under influence then he/she should not be released after some time for a reason that no evidence was found against them.
