Did Obasanjo LOOT Abacha's LOOT? #HNNMoney #Nigeria

Former President Obasanjo, in his book, My Watch-Vol II made a startling revelation, regarding the funds looted by Abacha. He said he left over $2bn and £100m had been recovered, and N10bn in cash and properties locally. Contrary to what Okonjo Iweala and Nuhu Ribadu reported. What is your opinion? Meanwhile remember our present President Buhari once said Abacha never stole a penny.  It is s sad how these leaders have mismanaged Nigeria.
