A 45-year-old Delaware woman has been charged with fourth-degree rape, three counts of third-degree rape, two counts of second-degree unlawful sexual contact, and sexual solicitation of a child after it was discovered that she had sex with a 13-year-old in the back of her car. According to Delaware Online, Elaine B. Goodman met the boy late one night last spring when he snuck out to see her. The boy is allegedly her daughter’s boyfriend.

After driving around a bit, they parked and got into the back seat, at which point they talked and had intimate relations until 4:30 a.m. She then dropped him off at home so that she could get ready for work.

The boy told the Children’s Advocacy Center that, after they had been kissing and undressing, Goodman “took his you-know-what and put it in her you-know-what.”

The Smyrna Police Department’s special investigations unit looked into the incident soon after it occurred and collected DNA evidence as well as digital evidence. The arrest was based largely on the digital evidence that was created, which showed text messages between Goodman and the boy as well as between Goodman and a friend.

“He is so cute with a nice ass body,” Goodman allegedly texted her friend. “I asked him what in the world are u doing with a body like that at 13…”
