North Korea will stop accepting international tourists from Friday to prevent an outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus in the reclusive country, a Chinese tour group announced on Thursday. It is unknown how long the restrictions will stay in place.

Koryo Tours, one of the few independent travel groups that organize trips to North Korea, said it had been notified by its partners in Pyongyang.

“We have received news from our partners in Pyongyang that the country is not accepting any international tourists from tomorrow, effectively closing its borders due to the threat of the spread of the Ebola virus,” said Adrian Sandiford of Koryo Tours. “It is presently unknown how long this closure will be in effect for but we are hopeful that our planned tours in November and December will take place.”

Sandiford added that tourists whose trips are canceled due to the development would receive a full refund.

Wait a minute, North Korea? who's going to that country? They may save themselves money by just banning Africans, Americans and Spanish people. I just think this is a ploy by their leader to BAN Americans from his country. America afterall is an Ebola country. SMH
