NBC Cameraman Asoka Mukpo also now #EbolaFree
The cameraman tweeted on Tuesday, October 21:
"The knowledge that there's no more virus in my blood is a profound relief,'' "I'm so lucky. Wish everyone who got sick could feel this.''
"Recovering from Ebola is a truly humbling feeling," "Too many are not as fortunate and lucky as I've been. I'm very happy to be alive."
He also added that he has no idea how he got infected but he doesn’t regret going to Liberia.
Mukpo is one of eight Americans to be diagnosed with Ebola, all of whom have survived. Every American getting CURED of Ebola, Every African DEAD! Where's the blood serum hidden? Can we have some? We can't wait for a vaccine in January. America created the hemorragic virus in 1976 and dumped it in the Ebola River in Congo. That's 38 yrs to have found a vaccine. While the world ignored Ebola in 1995, I was in Congo giving meds to patients as part of the missionary team.
#Liberia #SierraLeone #Guinea, stay strong!
