Mr Joseph Kwaji, the spokesperson of the Taraba Police Command, confirmed that Alhaji Kassimu Umar, this man burning is a lecturer at the Taraba College of Education, Zing and was forcefully taken by a mob from the Pupule Police station, where he had gone to report the accident.
Kwaji said hundreds of people thronged the station, and burnt the lecturer, who was trying to avoid a trailer when he hit and killed the primary school pupils.
