I use LinkedIn to basically network with other professionals and also provide information. My news stories of the Ebola epidemic and any other breaking news are very beneficial here. I have several endorsements for blogging and social media. One of the sweetest thing about LinkedIn is that a major news outlet used it to locate me to offer me a great contracted assignment. Employers can FIND you on LinkedIn.
