My father DOES NOT own 229 Obafemi Awolowo rd. Horatio Olunloyo does, his own father built the house 1948 and did not leve a signed will. The lawyer was Obafemi Awolowo and went to Ikenne for the weekend and horatio was DEAD of High Blood Pressure. At 42, the will was not signed and the house became where my dad lived with us thru childhood, his Governorship etc. My grandmother also lived here with us till her rituals were discovered.
