NIGERIAN FEMALE TEACHERS CANNOT WEAR PANTS: Going by this latest development out of Kogi state, any female teacher caught wearing trousers would face disciplinary actions from the State government. Nigeria is a backward country freaking banning teachers in Kogi from wearing Pants as we call it in America. Mrs Hillary Clinton should come save this state. A first lady and secretary of state that wore pants thruout her tenure.
