Bieber and Perry join previously announced co-host Miley Cyrus who is also set to perform. During the next 18 months, Katy toured the globe - almost without a break, selling out clubs, concerts and festivals. She sold more than five million copies of her album, that included the follow-up hits "Hot N Cold", "Thinking Of You", and "Waking Up In Vegas", while amassing a roomful of awards. Katy is currently in the studio completing her second album – set for a summer release, and she's looking forward to performing the first single live in Canada on the MMVAs.
