"And I cannot thank you enough for being here."

Not just for T.I.: The rapper took some of the spotlight off himself when he asked the room to acknowledge another wayward star."There are still people in the hip-hop community that need our support," he said. "So I ask everybody to please raise your glasses for Lil Wayne."T.I. is certainly familiar with Wayne's plight: Weezy is currently serving a year in the big house for - wait for it - illegal weapons possession.
But the mention of his penned-up pal didn't sour T.I.'s mood for long. He jumped back up on stage later in the night to perform "Hello Good Morning" with Diddy, and then his solo "I'm Back."
